How to play Episode 1 music/sound

I found the soundcache for HL2: EP1, but don't know how to play them. Any help would be appreciated.

You need GCFscape to open the "half life 2 episode one.gcf" file. That's where all the game files are located. Look in there for a folder called sound or music.

I downloaded GCFscape and opened the file with it, but can't play them through itunes or any music player for that matter. How do I make them play now?
