How to port maps from doom engine?

I want to port the maps from Strife, a game made on that engine.

Does anyone know the best tools and procedures to have them converted to BSP, if possible?

(I tried DeepSea, it exported all textures and sounds, but maps seem to only be saved in .WAD)

You want to port Doom maps to HL2? No idea if that's even possible, but you might want to try porting the maps to GoldSRC (HL1) first and then moving them to HL2. Also if they're doom maps, and you have Source-ready conversions of the textures and sounds, it wouldn't be too much work to just remake them in Hammer, seeing as how Doom geometry isn't exactly complex by today's standards.
