Html capability in Source engine

I'm developing a mod where I can open a window inside HL2 and within that window run another program written in html.

I know that the steam engine has embedded IE capabilities, but I need to know how to use them.

I just basically need to be able to open an html file inside HL2 within a VGUI.

I would appreciate all the help you can give me.

I don't really know precisely, but I THINK Empires (http://www.empiresmod.com/) uses HTML for its HUD. Ask the forums.
