I' am stuck at the lighthouse (cliff path) Please help

I beat the gunship on top of the light house, then I proceeded back down to the place where my buggy was in that garage and the guy there says "come with me Dr. Freeman, before another one of those ships comes, we'll take the cliff path"... then after that he doesn't move, he just stands there.

If I exit the garage and come back in sometimes he says come on dr. freeman come with me. But the guy doesn't move. What is wrong??

Sometimes the AI craps out. Before anyone starts throwing accusations its an illegal copy, I'll just point out that he wants to lead you to the basement of the lighthouse. Try going there and see if he follows. I'm no expert at this problem but, I'm afraid you may have to start the level again. Try other things first, like reloading from your last save.

You dont need the guy, go to the edge of the cliff where the tower is and you'll see a path, jump down on it hoping you wont get killed, and if you get killed find the way to the path (I think you need to go down the lighthouse)

You do need the guy, you can't actualy jump down,

Type 'sv_cheats_1' into console, then 'noclip', fly to path and type 'noclip' again.
