i cannot find where to add icon

ok i know this is a stupid question but i can not find anything that relates adding a icon to your name. do you have to have a certain amount of posts b4 you can or what? I've seen other headcrabs with icons and i'm like like

Wrong forum, but you need to go into User CP and Edit Options or something, then make an avatar 50x50 (or take one) and upload it, k?
