I got an idea for a mod

I was just watching an old western movie on t.v. the other day and thought: god damn how come they haven't made these into video games on a large scale? So I thought hey maybe someone will make a mod for source like the wanted mod for the hl engine. So what I am suggesting/asking if anyone is planning on or is building a western mod cause that would be so cool. I couldn't achieve it myself personally because I have no talent of that kind but as a consumer who likes western movies and games why not make a suggestion to spark the minds of people with talent?

Not to say it's a bad idea, I really do like the old west stuff, but if your willing to wait two western games are coming out this/next year for the next gen consols.

GUN - Gta style old west game made by the tony hawk people.

Unnamed: Rockstar is making a next gen western game that isn't expected to be a sequal of red dead revolver, though it might be close.
