Happened to me once, a few weeks ago...we were playin on my clan server, I had been shot pretty badly, then I saw this flashbang flying through the air, I froze, and it hit me in the head and killed me...if you can imagine 5 minutes of a dozen people laughing on a teamspeak server, then you'd know what it was like

Actually flashbangs and smoke grenades can't hit your head. They pass over it and your viewpoint drops a little as if someone is standing on you.
