I need help installing PHX.

Ive downloaded both zipped files but I dont know what to do next. I have tried everything under the sun but it just doesnt seem to work for me. Can someone give me a full detailed description of what to do?

All i did was put the "phx" folder from teh archive in my Gmod's Addons folder and it works just fine. if you cant load them then there might be sumtin wrong wiht your gmod. backup w/e addons u have and re-install it. and then try again

I tried every folder but what worked for me was I found a server where you could download phx from there.
