before it got taken down, they had the scans of the review up...
I gotta say, there's some freaking amazing screens in that article and some minor spoilers...if anyone else saw it, can you tell me what that picture of (spoiler alert)
that skeleton zombie thing that was burning...I've never seen any pics of this thing, really creepy looking...

Possibly a closeup of the speedy monkey zombie thing, not sure.

yea i saw it too
this mag got the best HL2 pics

In "hl2_fulldemo_e32004" you see the skeleton thingys, they move fast from what i saw.

I had just looked at the first page of screenshots, and as I was going tot he next page, they took it down!!

The mag has beautiful screens, really the best that we've seen so far. But also the biggest spoilers so far.

Before these screens, I though it was PC Gamer review who said the fast zombies were headcrab infested dogs?

lol dogs? Cool. Never thought of that. They act more like monkeys though. And it looks like they wear clothes. Dogs don't. AFAIK.

yeah i saw em too ... freaking sweet ... spoilers though so be careful ... i dont have the links to the scans though , so nobody ask me for them ............................

They were cool, but I wouldn't get them if I were you.

I saw five pages and decided to stop. There were some spoilers in em.

just saw the Review somewhere else some Spoilers
I trust PC Games pretty much 96% is like 100% in PC Gamer

well...it got taken down, but trust me those were the best pics of the game I've seen...they were so amazing...
the pics of dog were awesome...I'm thinking dog is going to be serious contender for NPC of the year...

I have no idea where to find those scans, but they're worth searching for...

im downloading the scans now hopefully the spoilers are not too bad. it also says theirs an interview, 20 pages.

hmm guess the interview doesnt matter much since its in a language i cant understand.

Someone Needs To Translate That Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaghghg!

It was quite a spoilerific article, one relatively large one, and a fair few pics of unseen stuff

i think the spoiler people are talking about is that in one of the screenshots in the mag they have on a billboard in the game and you see a newspaper clipping that reads "the earth surrenders" and next to that is the g-man.

thought people knew that pretty much already,
theres also the one where barney saves you right after the train station in that room witht the chair.

I think it's really silly that you can't scan in magazines on any forums where the magazine wouldn't be sold anyways...I'm in the US, and I can guarentee I won't be seeing PC Games on any store shelf anytime soon...
very few of us can actually read german, so what's the big deal...bascially it's just screenshots to us and a rating at the end...

Because its an international forum. You realise there are people here outside of USA right?

yeah...I know it's an international site...every single site in the world is international in the sense that anyone can access any site...
the problem is language barrier...and while most of us speak english on this site (and probably a primary or secondary language as well), doesn't mean that we're going to be able to understand a magazine in another language...

I can't buy that magazine here in the states, without going to extremely great lengths to get it...it's a magazine that's sold in another country...
the only way I'm going to see it, is thru scans of it...

Unfortunately it also means the German dudes can read it for nothing.
