impulse 101 works?

Hi,
I can't seem to get impulse 101 to do much in half life 2
nor get the "give" command to do much either..

do i have to do somthing else in order to let them work?

Have you tried sv_cheats? Before you type in the commands, type "sv_cheats 1" (without the "s) in the console. Then type in the cheats. Should work then
