Increase the session time?

Assuming this is what causes the problem, is there any chance of increasing the session time on the forums. The problem I am seeing is that if I select "New posts", after an hour it does a fresh search for new posts, and obviously as I was already on the boards, there are none, meaning around half new posts are no longer shown as new.

I can't remember the correct name for it, but any chance you could set session cookies? The ones that last untill the window is closed?

Oh yea I find that annoying as well It knows I havent viewed the posts but it still doesnt highlight them., not much you can do about it really. Just browse your favourite forums and see if there any new posts
