Internet Problems

I was wondering if anyone had information about this subject. I have cable internet, but just during the last few days it has been screwing up and working only when it wants to. I am taking off of work on Tuesday, and I don't have a clue when the internet will be working. Does anyone know of another way to activate HL2 another way, even though I have bought the silver from steam. Thanks for any info.

It's your ISPs problem, Its your ISPs job to keep your internet operational, all you need is an internet connection, its not brain surgery, hell just use a free dial up account to activate your brain, oh I mean game...
