Is it possible to change the location of savefiles!?

Hi there,

I'm using a latop with a small SSD, therefore i've installed HL² on my external HDD. It works fine but it becomes awfully laggy when I press on save due to slow writing on external HDD. So I want to change the folder to e.g. c:\hl2savefiles\ (c: is my SDD drive)

How is this possible?

Follow the guide in the Dropbox section of this page but just don't bother installing Dropbox and instead of linking to the Dropbox folder just link to whereever you like.
