Is that Half-life 2 box I see?

I dunno wether this iterests anyone or if its really old news but i recently got an e-mail from gamespot about windows XP specials.

Anyway i went to the page

and scrolled down and i saw a Half-Life 2 skin for windows media player anyway that picture next to it is that Half-Life 2 in a box on a shelf or a cd rack?

Dunno if that is the box cover art proper or anything but I thought id post the link.

Thats not going to be the cover, its actually just what sites use for a place holder when there talking about Half Life 2 because they dont have the actual cover scan yet, nobody does.

lol they were selling the stalker alpha to, the devs happen to be based in the ukrain and had to see there game selling outside on the street corner, and being totally unable to stop them.

I cannot confirm my statement as I cannot find the original news article on any sites and cannot compare the picture posted here, and the one i saw before Sept 30 last year.
What i do know is that from what i recall some places in germany or some other European country had made hl2 boxes themselves and put them in a display rack to promote the upcoming release, this was before the Beta and the sept 30 delay, if anyone can find this article it would be greatly appreciated.

I however was wrong about the only being sold on the streets, the only copies i had seen before were just CD cases, it was along with pictures of a pirated version of CS:CZ, if anyone could find these shots as well, it would be greatly appreciated.
