Is there already a mod like this?

Im looking for a mod thats more or less a remake of "Ravenshield: Rainbow6" gameplaywise but adding some features like ironsight (kick this damn crosshair out of the game!) stamina, leaning around corners, bleeding. Deadly shots at head, neck and lungs. Bullets should penetrate thin material like barrels and creates. There was a mod for quake3 that did this more or less very well: True Combat, but it sucked because of a lot of cheaters and bugs.

So, if there's no mod like this, anyone wants to work on a mod based on this ideas? If yes i will write a full concept down, i have it already in my head.

why not just make a minimod of counterstrike that allows you to lean/use crosshairs/go prone/more realistic bullet damage. I'd play it
