Is this a Zombie vortigant?

I looked by an image of the failed assassin zombie, and it looks a little like a zombie vortigant. here:

It doesn't have Vortigaunt feet..they have one pointy claw thing in front, and then two little point claw things on back.

I thought that once too, but if you really look at it the proportions are wrong, there's only two arms and the legs and feet are wrong.

There was "Combine Assassin" in original concept what was like Fast Zombie, they used some of the same script.

And there was also gonna be Zombie Assassin, I don't know why. The unzombified one was supposed to throw knifes to you and such.

The assassin zombie was scrapt for the fast zombie. Even if it was a zombie vort, its irrelevant, because it didn't make the final cut.
