A bit confused. Judith went to north to do...? It seems like she went there to do somehing else but found Borealis there? Or she knew Borelais was there and went to look for that? Than how come Kleiner and Eli is surprised when they see Borealis video?

How come Alyx and Gordon found her message in Citadel but Eli and Kleiner didn't know about it? Was it sent to Combine? Combine data and Judith's message are seperate things? Kleiner says "mossman is a genius to hide it inside the data bla bla.." What exactly was in data package? "I believe it is the code Mossman was looking for" says Magnusson..confused..me..confused..shouldn't have stayed up all night to beat Ep2 in one run....zzzzz...

Maybe she tried to send the data to the resistance but the Combine stopped her from doing so therefor Kleiner and Eli didn't receive the message.

Seems like the combine intercepted the message before mossman could send it out before sending it back to the citadel themselves.
