Keeps on freezing

DOD: Source worked pefrectly before and it ran good, but now it keeps on freezing, either at the main menu, or in the game...all the sudden it just freezes and the sound are getting choppy and repeat themself..and i have to turn my computer off and on to fix it.

I have high on everything, no antilasing or extra stuff, and no HDR.

I have:

Radeon 9600XT
512MB Ram
2.8GHZ pentium 4 processor
1 gig of free space :x lol, yeah i know. I have to much porn on the comp...

I had the exact same thing, I sorted it by installing the creative latest drivers for my sound card, hope this helps

I have the same problems. It worked fine yesterday for hours. today I can't run it for more then 15 minutes without it happening. I will try installing the latest SB Live drivers.

I don't think it is graphical seeing as I have a 9800Pro, 2x AA, 2x AF, HDR Full

I have the same problem, but only on Anzio. It happens after about 5 minutes.
