Killing main characters

I've seen a few shots of dead main characters that are normally invulnerable like the Gman and Breen, and I've also seen one screen where most of the main characters are dead on the ground. Usually, I can figure out workarounds to exploit things like this myself, but I'm stumped! So, come on and spill the beans, how do we .spawn and KILL main characters?

I think it is usually just a bug in someones game. For instance in the coast level there is a part where you look through some combine binoculars and see G-man on a distant shore talking to some rebels. When you eventually get to that part he is gone. But some people have a bug where he is still there and may die.

In the pre-alpha your could kill the main characters.
