Just watching that 'official' HL2 trailer again... the one that came out before E3, with the cool music? Yeah that's cool. But I stopped it at the end and read the disclaimer down bottom... read it carefully. "The Half-Life Logo and Lambda Logo are trademarks of Valve LLC."

They trademarked the Lambda logo??? Weird... your thoughts?

By trademark it means the actual design as used in the half life games. i.e. orange with a small circle around it. If i were to design another logo that featured the Upside down Y of lambda i could gain a totally seperate trademark!
