Laser sighter/cursor mods?

Is there a simple mod that replaces the cursors on all the weapon with a laser sight or a red dot? I can't seem to find any. I only found laser sight mods that came with weapon skins I didn't wanna use. I at least wanna change the white cursor to a different color to see it better. I saw instructions on how to change the color of your cursor, but it only applied to the reticule outside the white cursor.

Umm, if you want to get a new cursor in HL2, go to gamebanana and get a skin for your weapon(s). There are some with a red dot, laser that will replace your cursor.

I know, but like I said in my original post, I don't want the weapon skins that comes with it, since I already have weapon skins I like. I was just hoping there was a convenient mod that added laser sights to every weapon.
