Last level.. did anyone actually kill the strider? I just ran past it and all the guards? How did YOU do it?

Using the glowy ball things that you can grab with the gravity gun. That was fun =)

Yes, I killed him. I hid in a corner and grabbed the dark energy balls. I think 3 of them killed him, he's relatively easy, even on hard mode.

I killed him using the energy balls and owned the combine soldiers with my grav gun and use of the pods...then when breen started talking i began throwing the striders remains at his screen...

Yeah I killed him. I tried to run past him in a failed attempt and he skewered me.

I thought that laser beam with the force field where you could throw the soldiers at it, then they would move in really slow motion was pretty cool.

I used it as a trash can for their bodies.

Yeah, that was cool watching the bodies slowly rise in the blue jelly force field. I tried jumping in it nut wasn't able to do so :-(

I owned it like crazy, it seriously took me like 5 seconds rofl.

Didn't bother killing it, just used a computer console as a shield and bolted past it. Dropped the consol and jumped over the wall.

I loved chucking the dead combine soldiers straight up in the air and listen to the satisfying crunchy bone sound they made when they smack into the ground right beside you. That super grav gun is going to be killer in a MP mod. Perhaps a dodgeball mod with sawblades and regular gravguns? Sick but fun nonetheless.

I just threw all of the balls and missed because I suck, and then I dropped down and ran away.

I like what I did, cuz it really shows the variations of what u can do with the physics system...

when I first came into the room i noticed the soldiers, but noticed they were too far off to be shot.. so what I did is I ripped one of those jail pods off the wall and just held it in front of me as a shield, and blocked their view of me, so they couldn't fire to get a good shot.. i walked right up to the first groupo and just LAUNCHED that thing RIGHT into them all.. it was just AWESOME..

did the same with the second group of soldiers, just so they wouldn't shoot me.. then I tossed the jail pod aside, grabbed some spheres and took out the strider in a couple hits. Was amazing
