Yep, I was inspired by Still seeing Breen video

"Still Seeing Breen" would be a good title for a chapter (or chapter after) his reapperence

Off A Rail - The Train crash and its aftermath.
Camp Coterminous (Coterminy?) - A minor narrative chapter where Gordon arrives at a Vortiguant encampment and is thereafter despatched to find his way to Eli and Kliener's Silo lab.
NEST M - Gordon and Vortiguant pal travel into the mines and accompanying antlion nest.
Antechamber - The Antlion King's boss fight
Surface Science - Gordon emerges from the caves into the forest. Is given the car.
For Will, Drive (or "For We'll Drive"?) - More driving, fighting with many combine forces.
Out to Launch - Final chapter, launching and protection of the rocket. Freeman given his Ep2 objectives...

Yeah, I knew that, but I assumed that the combine would have to pass or go through XEN in order to make it to Earth...

They don't need to. The Combine portals make a direct connection to Earth.

Off A Rail

I really, really like this one. Probably since "On a Rail" is one of my favorite chapter titles. Out to Launch was good too, but I can actually see Valve doing "Off a Rail."

I wouldn't say so, because it's just too simple. Maybe, but On a Rail was based off a phrase rather than literal language... It would be a nice title, especially if you have to like blow up a razor train, or you are exploring a de-railed one.
