My mate has a 21 level character, so I played around with his character, and now I notice how ridiculous this leveled items really get..
I can understand'em somewhat in caves.. But instead of the items being leveled, there're just different items..

It kinda ruins immersion when every bandit you encounter has daedric, mithril or ebony armor, don't you think? They're supposed to be ultra rare but I find entire sets on every enemy I encounter..

I would have prefered if the ENEMIES themselves got better, and they had the SAME ARMOR but perhaps stronger but still not worth as much..
Having every bandit you encounter wearing super rare armor kinda ruins the immersion for me, seeing as I doubt all of the hundreds of bandits one encounters could afford or even find these things..

I'm level 12 and still seing bandits with fur armor but I still have a Ebony enchanted sword...

If it is true (I belive you) then after level 30, you've got everything I imagine? Level 40, 50 and 60 are just going to be pointless. I've seen a few mods that change it but I'm not installing any mods until I get bored with my main character. If your a magic/mage I can't see armor matters.

I don't like the power ratings with levels. All weapons should be set, not really low numbers.

Quest Rewards are also leveled items . I have a level 21 character and a level 5 character & I've noticed significant differences in the power of some quest items - so much so that I have intentionally not completed certain quests.

There are few things which don't seem to be leveled - such as the town guards & the arena (except for the final "battle" - his weapon depends on your level). While I was able to beat the arena at level 2, I should qualify that by saying they I would go down in about 2-3 hits, so it required a lot of skill & (and a summon daedroth scroll for the next-to-last fight).
