looking for a mod....

Im looking for a mod that makes the game more RPG like...so the u cant beat the game at lv3 lol,also that thievs dont wear dadric armor anymore..basicly a more static world.Im sure you know what I mean but, I dont know where to find the mod Im looking for.

Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul will make it more difficult, with varied diffuculties in enemy skill, makes animals more docile, has bandits limited to fur and leather for the most part and much much more. It should be over at the Elder Scrolls forums.
