Loss of jumping @ Our Benefactors level.

Well the title says it all. I cannot jump anymore. I've gotten to where I can see a core generator but can't jump over the little fence in front of me. As a matter of fact I can't jump at all...anywhere. I've tried setting the jump key to something other than the space bar to no avail. Any suggestions?

Common bug.

You'll have to restart the level from the last load point, that may mean going back quite a bit

Aw crap. I've only been doing quicksaves. I so don't wanna go through all that again.

It saves automatically at the start of each level.

I went all creative, and tore a videoscreen of the wall and used it as a walking board. Still had it later on:

With the Strider battle in the Citadel, and then used one of those pods as a board

To be honest, I thought it was part of the game

Yeah, I thought that it was part of the game. I just figured that the new manipulator was heavier, and I couldn't jump. I managed to get over that railing with a console screen (with 1 HP. At least 30 quickloads because

there are 3 or 4 combine guards waiting for me right around the corner.)

I practically had to run the entire last part (up to the end stuff, which I didn't realize I was jumping again, just habit) with <20HP.
