Makes won't compile correctly

Ok, this has been bugging me. For some weird reason, the maps won't compile what I have currently in Hammer won't appear in HL2. All that it seems to do is open a file that a compiled last night without the changes I made to it.

I've tried pretty much everything. Reinstalling Hammer, refreshing SDk content, etc.

As you can see, it just skips over the vvis.
 
It doesn't skip VIS. VIS is failing.

Because you're not running BSP. :P
