Mani Sounds Problem

Hi again, well I've searched the mani forums and serveral other forums, but no one can anwser my question.

How do you write event scripts for sounds to play while clients type them in the chat input.
As opposed to having to use the console to "ma_play 41"
or whatever!

I know it's a technical question, but I know it's possible and please don't just refer me to the Mani page!

Solution: Don't use an adminmod. People are actually put off by the stupid sounds and big fonts appearing on their screen.

That's not a solution to his questions, you're just telling him not to bother because you don't like sounds and messages. Keep in mind that not everyone is like you. I like the sounds and I have the same curiosities as he does, so I'm in the same boat.
