Was it the guy in main quest that you need to take Amulet too?

He's the emporor's bastard son. You find him in Kvatch - he's a priest or something.

I liked the speech he gave to the soldiers at one point of the game (not the one at Cloud Ruler Temple).

He's the most important person in the main quest, how could you have missed his name? I understand forgetting some minor NPC's name, but this one is major.

Yeah, apparently it deleted itself. I now have no idea where to get it. There's a Patrick Stewert mod but for some reason he doesn't look like Picard (weird, huh).
