Oh NOES!!!11!

How could you say that, I thought we had something...:(

Yeah, turns out it's not really all that neato. :|

The physics demo is definitely worth a download, though.

Hmm I downloaded it and in my Winrar nothing appeared?? Dunno whats up.

do you have winzip hanky? I havnt tried it with winrar but you need to extract the files somewhere and run the .exe

While on the topic of physics demos, here's a demo I coded using the tokamak physics library:

http://www.angelfire.com/alt2/alcatraz/Wills_Wall.zip

It may seem slow at first, but it's not really. I set something like 1/16 gravity for dramatic effect. I could run it very smoothly even back on my ti4200.

edit: shit. somebody want to host this for me?

how big is it?
BTW FictiousWill, your portfolio is very empressive!

Thanks, I've got loads more stuff I should upload, I went nuts with directx a while back, starting with this island code project thing. When my old comp finally arrives I'll upload some new stuff and revamp it.

My physics demo is like 550k.

Heh, you know the thread is actually linked to on the download page. So you didn't need to search.

I follow this general rule for posting: It's already been posted. It's just so difficult to get something done first, unless you are browsing a site, you press refresh and it updates (like I was for a Half-Life 2 video once). Even then you have to type really fast.

EDIT: You know when you have writing at the bottom of a screensaver that doesn't move, it kinda defeats the purpose. Shame, because it's a nice screensaver.

ok thanks lol, that rule makes sense to me, ill follow it! I can host your file, send it to my email if you can, [email protected] . Thats also my MSN Messenger if you would like to send it over that, ill be on for a while tonight.

Feath, use photoshop to edit/erase/blacken out the Meqon screensaver text textures (if that's what you're talking about)

edit: Manhacks, I assume you meant my file, so I'm sending it your way.

I'm talking about those red circled things:

Yeah. they're just .tga's in the meqon screensaver folder if I remember rightly. Just open them up in photoshop and white them out.

Here you go: replace the existing named files in the Meqonsaver\data folder with these ones:

I would have liked to do that, but I got lazy. I'd have liked to do a crazy directinput and intersectray code job to do that, but I just wasn't up for it.

Can anyone help me with this SDK? What do I do with these files?

Any sites that can help? Tutorials?
