Menu music translation?

In one of the opening menu .mp3s there's a man speaking in German on the radio before the song. Does anyone know what he's saying?

It's probably the equivalent of the English version (there are 4 possible startup tracks, 1 English, 1 German, 2 shorter instrumentals).

To me it sounds as if he is shouting out artillery coordinates, I forget what else he said, i'll get back on this when I boot the game up, all I remember is the numbers.
