mesh plz

hi i thought i'd give skinning a try i'm a photoshop vet i guess. does anybody know where i can get some free models/meshes to skin?

ill give you some uv maps to paint on if you want. i wont be back for about 2 weeks or so though.

Extract a couple of the weapon models and texture maps out of HL2 and do them.

You could get one of the modeling programs and learn how to model and UVW map your own model to skin, you'd be killing two birds with one stone.
