I did that and it fixed all my problems... though they were just lighting problems I had though out CS:Source

happens to me, thought because my computer just sucks.
i think i have my video card updated...
the highest for a TNT2 is DirectX 6.0 right?

My computer over-heats, but that's no problem, I just open my window if that happens and I'm good to go.

Other than that no problems here....

I need to upgrade my cooling system for sure.

Do you happen to be using an Nvidia 6800 U? Or, do you happen to be playing on an Alienware?

If so, search on Google for PowerStrip. Download the program, reduce clock speed to under 420, and it'll fix most problems.

The same thing happened to me, I went back to the old drivers and it worked fine.
