my friend told me about some weapon with some kind of "worm" inside, that is throwing acid on enemies. he told me about some scientist that gives it to you, but not within storyline, you have to find him. i dont know the real description of it, he just told this, may not be true...

but im asking: what is true about it?
if its real, where and how do you find it?
