Mod Help- "The game is currenly unavailable..." message

I just installed Dystopia and Goldeneye:Source Alpha 1.1, and whenever I try to launch them I get a "The game is currently unavailable. Please try again at another time." I unzipped to the source mods folder like usual, and HL2 and CS:S work just fine. Only the mods aren't working for me. Any ideas?

Left-click on the Steam tray icon.
Select "Games".
Click on the "My Games" tab.
Right-click on "Half-Life 2".
Select "Properties".
Click on the "Updates" tab.
Is it set to automatically update?

Also do this for HL2DM, because Dystopia is based off HL2 code, and Goldeneye is based off HL2DM. (Oh, and you've got the latest versions of the mods, right? )
