modals from entity's?

erm i could do with some some regarding getting the models from entitys iv been told numorous tutorials when trying to make ladders/elevators to select prop_static then brouse the modals for ladder/elevator. but it doesnt say how to or where to go to get the brouse menu for the models
any help please! thanks

Select the prop_static entity and push alt + enter. It's pretty self-explanatory from there on.
