I feel like getting a few of these upcoming mods, they look great, although I haven't a clue as to the process of getting them to install/work with steam can anyone tell me how it's done or direct me to a faq that answers my question? Thanks in advace.

download the mod, the instructions are always included.

Usually they install into your c:\program files\valve\steam\steamapps.

I think we've got a month or three before we even have to worry about it.

I can't wait for Valandil, that mod looks awsome. Can someone tell me the name of the horror survival mod? (I remember seeing it in halflife2.net's news a long time ago)

since a steam update a while back, normally all you will need to do is extract the mod folder to the SourceMods folder. I know that works for JBmod and Garrys mod, simplifying installation
