Most characters still turn out a '?', hasn't been fixed?

About a month or two ago, after site maintenance, special Chracters like the pound and dollar sign were constantly replaced by '?'.

However, this problem still persists and I'm wondering if its a problem on the server end or if theres something I need to do to display the characters correctly?

I believe it's server-side, something to do with apache, but I'm really not sure.

Yeah that's spot on Ennui. StarMonkey is aware of the problem, I don't think he can do much to resolve it right now, we need them to update something their end I believe he last said. Probably give him a bell this week to see what's goin' down.
