My CSS BOT ERROR

When I type bot_add in console and nothing happen......console only show CreateBot@FATELERROR. I don't know why it happen? Anyone help me? Thank you

What Hell????? When i buy HL2 with CSS and I play CSS and it have bot! but after patch install then i got bot error
