And i know, the boots got a little too big

The head is too big.. that gives it a cartoony anime look. If you were going for that, then its spot on.

Youve definitly got talent.

Yeah, but i'm always worried that the head will be too small. So i make it big. There's nothing i hate more then a small head on a big body.

And just like you said, if i make it too big i can blame it on that i wanted a "cartoony" look.

Ok, with THAT out of the way...not bad at all, Razassin. And, don't fret too much about porportional issues...alot of experienced artists have trouble with body porportions. Are you drawing a "skeleton" as a reference? That helps alot if you find yourself putting unwanted emphesis on certain body regions (it also makes more complex poses a snap).
