Need Gmod Admin Help Asap

hi, my friend gave me the rcon password to his gmod server, people are running around like crazy, killing people and crap, and i need to know how to ban people and how to allow noclip and how to make there be no player versus player damage, i looked all over, i know i have to use "rcon banid" or "rcon banip" but i dont know how to get the ID OR the IP

please help me, they are about to crash the server!

Type in the console:
status

You will receive a list of people. Just copy their steamid, put in a time in minutes and put it behind the rcon command and it should ban them. To clarify:
Type this: rcon banid STEAMID/(I think the name of the user works too) TIME IN MINUTES (0=PERMANENT BAN)
Example: rcon banid STEAMID 0
