NEED GMOD ADMIN HELP asap

hi, my friend gave me the rcon password to his gmod server, people are running around like crazy, killing people and crap, and i need to know how to ban people and how to allow noclip and how to make there be no player versus player damage, i looked all over, i know i have to use "rcon banid" or "rcon banip" but i dont know how to get the ID OR the IP

please help me, they are about to crash the server!

Type "status" into console and it lists all the current players with their IP and ID.

if you wanna take of PvP damage, open the menu and look in the "ADMIN" tab, turn of PvP damage and save changes

Oh dear. If you're looking to admin a server, I'd suggest buying your own server as the easiest method. Alternatively, look around for a clan on whatever game you enjoy playing. Good players who socialise with other players will usually find clans. Clans tend to have their own server, and being a trustworthy addition to the clan could mean they add you as an admin. I warn you, admins need to show maturity and be very active on the server.
