how do i get over to the church ?
i'm on top of a building , tried to pull the lever to bring the "carrier" back over....
but the lever not working ;(

is this the carrier the russian priest guy sent to you? release the handbrake on it, if it is.

forgot to take screenie...
that bald guy is standing opposite me.... the carrier is over the other side....

i press "e" many times....but the lever not moving ;(
