Need Major help

Im currently making a map right now and I dont know how to make a wall with a texture and such but you can also walk through it? also

How do you make teleporters? Im very confused on this Ive tried google and everything yet still cannot find a good tutorial.

But if you are just starting out, it may be a little advanced.

EDIT: Sorry I just re-read your question and now I understand it. What you want is func_brush with its Solidity property set to Never Solid.

yes teleporting is somewhat advanced so i recommend just making a small room or w/e you want to get the basics.
