Need some help.

It dawned on me that I don't have any idea who the Mossman is or his spot in the story. Nor do I know much about who Breen is... Could you guys help me out and fill me in about there purpose???

Dr. Breen is the guy with the white hair and beard on the big screen in the Trainstation video and on TV in the Tenement video. He seems to be in charge of City 17. Dr Mossman is in fact a she. I know nothing about her.

OOOoooo So thats Mossman... the "man" in the name Mossman kinda throws me off... And I knew that about Breen.. But I remember reading Breen was in HalfLife but I dont remember him at all ...

I think I heard that he was in fact the infamous Administrator. I don't know whether thats true.
