need some quick help on my copying directory

I somehow managed to mess up my copy map code now for the life of me i can't figure out why it's not copying the bsp to my folder and skipping of vvis.

It's been ages since I've set up Hammer, but I'm pretty sure the VMF directory and the compiled maps directory should be switched.
