That looks fine to me, although, your motherboard probably comes with on board network if you want to save $15 there.

do dvd-rw's not also write cd media ? If so, do you need a cd-rw as well as a dvd-rw ? Or do you want the second drive so you can do disk to disk copying ?

sweet gaming rig ..but you should invest in a good mouse

oh and if I were you I'd get a better monitor ..I'd stick with CRT ..cuz for that price you can get a really good 21 inch

and a new desk that can take the weight of that crt

ViewEra 17" 16ms No Dead Pixel Guarentee
Viewsonic 17" 12ms Optiquest Q7B
Acer AL1716 As 17" 8ms

Take off cdrw waste of power.. imho i would get a better psu even if it has less volts like antec, forton source, thermal take. less volts I mean nothing under 430watts. See if you can get a stock 3200+ with the money you may save.

mine's better. jk, looks good to me, should be able to play all games that are out. I'd get another gig of memory especially if you're gonna play Battlefield 2.

16ms Response time on a LCD is icky and will ghost to ****.

That's my critique :)

if you can afford it id say upgrade the processor a bit, maybe a 3500 or something around there. You might not be able to run that gfx card to its full potential with a 3000.
