NEW! How to include videos in your posts

The automatic embed option has now been removed, it wasn't helpful in some places.

Instead, to embed videos you can use the video tags (without spaces) - [ video] [ /video]

Cool.

The new pop up windows for images and videos suck though. Slow as balls to open, and make it annoying to post multiple things at once. I'd rather they just automatically write the tags around the text that I selected.
