I just got my first mobile phone, I wouldn't have gotten it but I am going to Dublin for 3 weeks during the summer and I want to keep in touch with everyone.
It is a colour and polyphonic phone with no camera.
Any sugestions for thing to do with it that won't be a total waste of credit. (It's an O2 phone)

Make phone calls with it.. seems people forget thats what mobile phones are for these days.

Wait, are you trying to get the most out of it, or not waste all your credit?
If its the latter, get them to phone you. :P Take note of how much per minute calls cost and text messages costs.

i'm confused
advice-put phone in pocket forget about friends and family and make new ones in Dublin

I just mean are there any decent games or funny things that won't register me with anything and won't cost a lot.

i presume your phone has infra red, so just bring it into school and ask your mates for stuff, ringtones, pics, funny answer messages and stuff if thats what you want, it doesnt cost anything. *shrugs*

fair play for going o2 too.

whats in dublin btw?

on the mobile phone
nope
i've never seen a single fun game on a mobile and a word of advice never ever use the mobile internet - its soul destroyingly awful and ridiculously expensive
get splinter cell for ur phone by texting one of those numbers in magazines and leave it at that

Your phone should have build-in games. Mine does. Not as good as computer games, of course, but fun anyway.

I downloaded Driv3r on my phone, christ it lags, I want to install my old geforce 4 mx440 in the damn thing so it can run better. Also got a motorcycle game, MotoGP or something, that is fun to play when bored in the car(of course not driving) or sitting in my bed.

I downloaded some Star Wars game, Call of Duty and Pacman. I rarely play any of them. Dont even know why I bought them. :o

Games on mobiles are pretty crap - get boring very quickly...

She didn't need a phone...Kids are just getting rediciulious now-a-days, anything under the age of highschool don't need one.

Cell phones are mobile phones right? I got mine like a year ago... don't use it much (because I don't have any friends). :(
