I have never liked the Spider Man films. The effects are laughable and it ruins it for me unfortunately...plus I HATE the look of the symbiote suit in this one.

Also, what the Christ at Sandman being Uncle Ben's real killer? I'm not even a big fan of Spider-Man but this development disappoints me greatly. Way too much of a deviation here; making unconnected things fit together just to make it neat and tidy is stupid.

Yeah it reminds me of Tim Burton making the Joker the real killer of Bruce's parents ... cept that was even worse.

I really don't like Spiderman, but the movies are decent popcorn entertainment. I'd rather watch a Spiderman movie than a Michael Bay pic or whatever.

People need to stop bashing the visual effects, I mean come on, they are at LEAST on par with PS3. Oh, and expect to see the real Venom for five minutes at the end of the movie in a four way fight between spiderman, sandman, some other douchebag and venom.

I saw the trailer last night at Casino Royale, needless to say, seeing it on a big screen was awesome. I can't wait. I'll be shocked if it turns out like Star Wars (aka, each sequel is better than the last), but it's a cool thought.
